Acceptance

By using Witch Hat Atelier Spell Maker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

The service

The site provides a free browser-based tool for creating, studying, saving, sharing, and exporting original spell-seal designs. The current public tool does not require an account or paid subscription. Features may change, become unavailable, or be discontinued without guaranteeing permanent access or storage.

Unofficial fan project

This is an independent, unofficial fan-made project. It is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by the creator of Witch Hat Atelier, its publishers, licensors, or anime production partners. Witch Hat Atelier names, characters, terminology, and original artwork belong to their respective rights holders.

The tool is a creative and educational aid. It does not guarantee that a user-created spell is canonical, functional within the fictional magic system, or approved by any rights holder.

Your creations and custom material

You retain whatever rights you hold in your original contributions. You are responsible for spell names, descriptions, custom symbols, images, and other material you import or share. You must have the rights or permission needed to use and distribute that material.

Do not upload, encode, or share personal information, confidential material, unlawful content, malware, or content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights. We may restrict access to content or use of the service when reasonably necessary to address abuse or legal obligations.

Local saving, exports, and share links

Spell data is primarily stored in your browser. Browser storage may be cleared or become unavailable, so the service does not guarantee recovery or permanent preservation. Keep a JSON export when you need a durable backup.

A share link may contain an encoded copy of the editable spell document. Anyone with the link may be able to view, copy, or modify that information. You are responsible for deciding where and with whom you share it.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, overload its infrastructure, distribute harmful code, impersonate the official rights holders, or use the site in violation of applicable law.

Site materials

The site's original interface, code, explanatory copy, and original visual assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and licenses. References to source material, community analysis, or third-party projects do not transfer ownership of those works to this site or its users.

No warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, creations, access, or opportunity resulting from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
